One API process per store. No hosted signup, self-service tenant platform or live-payment readiness is claimed.
A configured operator can require fresh admission before protected actions and revoke subsequent admissions.
It does not stop a model or cancel an action already executing. Future paid services or components are proposals; existing recipient rights remain.
